Over the summer, you might have seen City Light increased some efficiency upgrade incentives by up to 60%. In addition to those increases, City Light is excited to announce two new incentive measures: Project Development Incentive and Energy Project Manager Incentive. These supplemental incentives could increase funding for projects by 10%-20%*.
-
Project Development Incentive (PDI) is an incentive added to C&I or multifamily lighting and HVAC projects. Depending on the completion date of the project, you could be eligible for an additional $0.05/kWh (until 12/15/2023) or $0.025/kWh (through 6/15/2024).
-
The Energy Project Manager (EPM) incentive** provides an additional $0.025/kWh incentive to organizations that employ a designated Energy Project Manager, a designated individual who helps support development and implementation of a comprehensive plan. The EPM Incentive is a Bonneville Power Administration program that has been adopted and is being administered by City Light.
