(Fig 1)
This sophisticated Class A Office project includes a 13-floor, 310,000 square foot tower with an attached 2-floor, 50,000 square foot structure. Future expansion plans will more than double the size of this complex.

(Fig 2-3)
A series of mulit-plane custom glass light fixtures were designed by the Lighting Designer for the ceilings of the 2 buildings' main entrance and elevator lobbies.

Functioning as visually captivating downlights, these 42W compact fluorescent fixtures illuminate the thick glass panes with diffuse light that also serve to reflect light back up onto the ceiling.

(Fig 4)
An especially warm and inviting atmosphere is created in the high ceiling grand lobby while maintaining an energy-efficient scheme and a flexible, multi-functional space using 54W 3500K T5HO fluorescent lamps as the primary light source.

(Fig. 5-6)
Soaring wood walls are bathed by cove-hidden, 3500K fluorescent lights color adjusted with custom tube sleeves.

Massive elegant curved-wood canopies glow 28 feet above the floor, reflecting light from the T5HO fluorescent fixtures that are concealed on cross beams. The light level is supplemented by two recessed 150W ellipsoidal downlights housed within each canopy.

A glowing backlit fused-glass wall stands behind the reception desk punctuating the room.

Column faces are accented by wall-mounted halogen downlights.

Small 12V MR16 bullet lights are concealed within planters casting leafy silhouettes on the columns, walls and beams.

(Fig 7-8)
Table top fixtures and floor lamps create an intimate and personal scale in this lofty space while providing supplemental task lighting.

To accommodate special evening events, all lighting is dimmable using a programmable dimming controller.
