Noteworthy Lighting:
This is a 19,000 sq. ft. church having a 35' vaulted nave with
a 17' diffuse skylight. The lighting is controlled using 24 pre-set
stations. The daily chapel utilizes stained glass windows from
the old church, reconfigured to fit within the new church. The
glass wall gathering space is open, light and inviting. Decorative
lighting by brass sconces is used in both the main church and
the day chapel. Light and dark spaces are used throughout to
develop a sense of hieracrchy, entry and mystery.
