Electronic Ballast Lists and Specifications After more than a decade of compiling the famous list of qualifying electronic ballasts for Utility programs, the Lighting Design Lab is no longer updating these lists. Instead, we have provided a master specification for Northwest Utilities to use as a reference for qualifying ballasts. Today, most electronic ballasts manufactured would qualify to be on the old lists. We offer the old ballast list as a reference, but this list will not be updated.
